Join the NGLCC’s Heritage Committee and the Tennessee Pride Chamber in celebrating Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month with a dynamic and thought-provoking presentation that highlights the powerful intersection of culture, history, and leadership. 

This session, led by Aaron Abreu, owner of LGBTBE® Cognitus Leadership and Executive Coaching LLC, will explore how the rich cultural values and lived experiences of the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities can inform and strengthen leadership styles, communication approaches, and team collaboration in today’s increasingly diverse workplaces.
