Legal Aid is hosting a free name change clinic for Davidson County residents.

Legal Aid’s Nashville office (1321 Murfreesboro Pike, Suite 400).
This event is designed to support individuals who need legal assistance with the name change process. We are especially hoping to serve LGBTQ+ community members and others for whom a name change is an important part of affirming their identity or navigating life transitions.
Pre-registration is required by Sunday, August 18. After completing the registration form, participants will be contacted with their appointment time. This clinic was promoted at Nashville Pride and is generously sponsored by a local law firm. Despite strong interest, we still have open appointment slots and we’d love your help spreading the word before registration closes!
The only eligibility requirement is that participants must live in Davidson County.
