YOUR IMPACT
This family-friendly event helps support our work to promote LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces. All proceeds directly support the Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation's initiatives, which include:

- certifying LGBTQ+ owned businesses to increase supplier contracting opportunities (currently, only 7% of procurement opportunities go to LGBT+ business owners)

- providing inclusion trainings for corporations and small to mid-size businesses (e.g., Brave space, conflict-resolution, and compliance for navigating and ensuring workplace protections) 

- supporting LGBTQ+ professionals for entering the workforce and identifying workplaces that will equitably meet their needs
