Recipe from Membership Manager Lauren Bland:
Corn Souffle
Ingredients:
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz sour cream
1 stick of melted butter
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Lightly grease a medium baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Bake in 350* oven for 40-50 minutes.
