Simple White Cake- Nikki Gibson

Recipe from Board Member Nikki Gibson (Dell)

Simple White Cake

1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1/3 cup of oil
1 egg 

Mix together with blender and bake on 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes (do the toothpick check to be safe!)

Chocolate Sauce
1 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons of flour
2 Tablespoons of cocoa
1 cup of milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla
2 Tablespoons of butter 

Mix dry ingredients together.  Stir in milk with whisk.  Cook, stirring frequently until desired thickness, then add vanilla and butter.  Stir well – enjoy!
