Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville MetroCenter is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests—welcoming them with a warm smile, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests, and ensuring a positive and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Answer guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Operate the front desk efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
