We support nonprofit leaders in navigating the complexity of fundraising by helping them understand their fundraising goals, create and refine strategies, and motivate their boards and volunteers to fundraise.

  • The average fundraiser hangs around your nonprofit for 18 months or less - just enough time to be dangerous and then you have to start the hiring all over again.
  • Hiring on a constrained budget might lead to engaging a junior fundraiser who requires extensive training and continuous guidance, demanding resources that you simply don't have at your disposal.
  • Hiring Heart Strategy Impact will provide your nonprofit with market-leading insights, best-practice fundraising techniques and access to the best-in-class research to make your fundraising and nonprofit efforts a greater success.
